Is your 925 Sterling Silver genuine? How do I care for it?

Yes, all our silver pieces are made from authentic 925 Sterling Silver, verified by standard purity marks. To ensure lifelong shine, we coat our silver with a layer of 14K/18K gold or Rhodium. While silver can naturally oxidize over time if exposed to heavy moisture, a quick wipe with a soft cloth will instantly restore its original brilliance.

Do you provide a tracking number for my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking number within 3–5 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
